Notice of Donation Solicitation
Okinawa Karate, a valuable cultural heritage originating from Okinawa and passed down since the Ryukyu Kingdom era, is a traditional culture that Okinawa proudly presents to the world. The Okinawa Dento Karatedo Shinkokai is dedicated to preserving this tradition, passing it on to the next generation, and fostering further awareness and growth of Okinawa Karate.
We are now widely soliciting donations from those who support the purpose of our activities.
We would greatly appreciate your support.
■ Purpose
• Preservation, succession, and promotion of Okinawa Traditional Karate and Kobudo (weapons manipulation techniques)
• Promoting Okinawa, the birthplace of Karate and Kobudo, as the world’s Karate sanctuary domestically and internationally
■ Use of Donations
• Research activities related to Okinawa Karate
• Implementation of instructor training programs
• Operations and maintenance of our association
• Hosting various seminars and demonstrations
• Collection, preservation, and display of materials
■ Details of Solicitation
[Region] Donations are accepted from both domestic and international donors.
[Eligibility] Individuals and corporations
Note: Donations from individuals or corporations recognized as antisocial forces or deemed inappropriate by our association will not be accepted. Any received funds will be refunded.
[Amount] Starting from 5,000 yen per unit (multiple units accepted)
Note: Bank transaction fees are the responsibility of the donor.
■ Tax Treatment
[Individuals] Donations are not eligible for income tax deductions.
[Corporations] Corporations can deduct the donation within the allowable limit for a general donations.
■ Financial Reporting
We will periodically report on the use of donations on our website.
■ Bank Account for Donations
The bank account information will be provided separately to those who apply.
After the donation is transferred, we will send a receipt and letter of appreciation.

■ Handling of Personal Information
Personal information provided will be used solely for purposes related to donation processing, such as issuing receipts, sending activity reports, and handling other donation-related administrative tasks. This information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
■ Important Notes
•Donations accepted by our association are non-refundable for any reason.
•We do not accept donations from organized crime groups, affiliated companies, “sokaiya” (racketeers), groups conducting criminal activities under the pretext of social campaigns, crime groups specialized in intellectual crimes, and their members.
